Working principle:
●Heat pipe solar collector is composed of evacuated tube, heat pipe, aluminum fin, manifold and frame etc.
●The selective coating on the inner Cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into thermal energy
and transmit it to the heat pipes by aluminum fins.
●The working medium in the evaporation section of the heat pipe is heated and vaporized rapidly, and the
vaporizing working medium rises to the condensation section of the heat pipe, and so the condensation section
is heated rapidly.
●The heat is transmitted through the condensation section to the medium (water or liquid) passing through
the runner tube. After the heat is released, the working medium of the heat pipe condenses into a liquid, which
is returned to the evaporation section of the heat pipe under the action of gravity. After receiving the heat of
the heat pipe, it rises again and vaporizes, then condenses and refluxes.
●Through the continuous vaporization and liquefaction of the working medium in the heat pipe, the continuous
absorption of solar radiation can provide thermal energy for the system.
Salient Characteristic:
【1】Heat pipe solar collector has the advantages of both evacuated tube solar collector and flat plate solar collector. Thermal efficiency high and heat loss low, no water running in the vacuum tubes, no leakage and no frozen tube, work well even in extremely cold area like 35 degrees below zero.
【2】Because the heated working medium does not flow directly into the vacuum tube, the system pipeline can withstand high working pressure (0.6 Mpa), strong pressure bearing capacity and stable operation, which is suitable for all kinds of closed loop circulation solar collector system.
【3】Adopting the best conduction performance metal-red copper TU1(heat pipe), Thermal efficiency high,The water is heated by the heat piperapidly.
【4】Product applications widely: Domestic, industrial and commercial heating use like hotels, resorts, hospitals, Swimming pool heating, laundry and canteens, Public Showers etc
