Working Principle:


The internal structure of water circulation air source heat pump water heater is mainly composed of

four core components: split pressurized water tank, compressor, expansion valve and evaporator.

  Under the action of fans, a large amount of air flows through the outside surface of evaporator, and

the energy in air is absorbed by evaporator, and the refrigerant which absorb scertain energy is returned

to the compressor.

Compressor compresses the low-pressure refrigerant which returns to flow, and then discharges the high

temperature and high pressure gas. The high temperature and high pressurere frigerant gas flows through the

coiler heat exchanger in the water tank, and the heat is transmitted to the water tank through the coiler heat

exchange in the split pressurized water tank inside.

  Internally, the cooled refrigerant becomes liquid under the continuous action of pressure and enters the

evaporator after the expansion valve. As the pressure of the evaporator drops sharply, the liquid refrigerant

evaporates rapidly into the gaseous state here and absorbs a large amount of heat and enters the next cycle.

  The working principle of air source heat pump water heater is similar to that of air-conditioner. Inverse Carnot

principle is applied to heat water by absorbing a large amount of low-temperature heat energy in air and transforming

it into high-temperature heat energy through compressor compression.
